Service status and limits
RestockRex is an early-access software foundation. Retailer integrations, catalog ingestion, monitoring, alert delivery, billing, drop tools, retailer-account connections, and assisted purchasing are not currently available. The site does not promise coverage, availability, speed, or purchase outcomes.
No retailer affiliation
RestockRex does not sell Pokémon products and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with retailers named on this site unless it states otherwise in writing. Retailer names are examples only.
Your retailer purchases
If you choose to visit a retailer through a future link, the purchase is solely between you and that retailer. You are responsible for reviewing retailer terms, pricing, availability, account requirements, and all purchase decisions.
Acceptable use
You must not use RestockRex to bypass retailer controls, evade queues or limits, automate checkout, operate bots, misuse retailer accounts, or violate applicable laws or retailer rules. Any future tool remains subject to these boundaries.

These informational terms describe the current product posture and will need further completion as the service launches additional capabilities. They are not represented as legal advice or as a statement of legal review.
