FAQ
The boundaries are part of the product.
Answers are deliberately specific about what exists today and the conditions that would need to be met before new capabilities become available.
01Does RestockRex sell Pokémon products?
No. RestockRex is being built as a monitoring and alert workspace. Purchases, product availability, fulfillment, and retailer policies remain with the retailer you choose.
02Is RestockRex affiliated with a retailer?
No. Retailers named on this site are examples of stores collectors may want to follow. Their names do not indicate affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or approved coverage.
03Is retailer monitoring available now?
Not yet. The authenticated application foundation is live, but retailer integrations, catalog ingestion, monitoring, and alert delivery wait on permitted data, API, feed, or integration access.
04How will alerts work when coverage launches?
RestockRex is designed to evaluate authorized availability signals, then deliver alerts according to the applicable future plan and entitlement rules. Coverage and delivery depend on the integration involved.
05Will RestockRex join queues or bypass retailer controls?
No. Planned drop tools are limited to information and user-controlled workflows. RestockRex will not bypass queues, automate retailer actions, evade limits, or use purchase bots.
06Is purchase assistance available?
No. It is not currently available. Any future assistance would require confirmed retailer authorization, explicit user rules and limits, security controls, and auditable operation. It would not imply automated checkout.
07How can I get support?
Email team@restockrex.madethis.app with a short description of what you need. The contact page has the same support details.
